How do residents pay rent?

Residents can pay online via the website by clicking the Residents tab or pay by check or money order at the leasing office.

Is the building pet friendly?

Yes, The Maclellan is a pet-friendly community. There are breed restrictions. Please inquire the office for details.

Is on-site parking available?

There are a limited number of pay parking spaces available behind the building, and pay parking also is available at the Broad Street garage located on the corner of 7th and Broad Street

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is late by the 5th.

Does the building have security?
The building has controlled access at each entry door.
How do I apply for an apartment?

You can easily complete the entire leasing process online by clicking the Apply Now tab here or at the top of our website, or stop by our leasing office located at 721 Broad Street, Suite 305.
